Quackers - MOC

Vintage My Little Pony G1 MOC MIP Twinkle-Eyed Quackers
Packaging has cracking in the bubble by her back feet. Also the cardboard has split and pamphlet has made its way partially through. It can probably be pushed back in and glued back down.some creasing and price tag reissue on card.  Quackers head is slightly off color as shown in photos. As is. Passing her along for what I paid.
